Wow, I just got off the phone with a 203k lender who just closed a 203k in twenty (20) days. That is terrific. Sean says he can do it on a regular bases.  Last month Jennifer said she can close them in 30 days and does regularly.  If you aren't closing your 203k loans in under 35 days you need to push harder apparently. These two are movers and shakers for sure.  What do I do as your consultant? I let you know who is closing these loans fast and it does change from time to time as they get busy vs very busy. If you heard that it takes longer to close a 203k loan you are listening to the herd. Move away from that herd and look for these loan wolves that are renegades within the industry. Typicall Napa style we went from 82 degrees on Sunday, Monday was magnificent, to a cooling trend and now we have some moist drips of rain. We live in a great area.
