This is about the year there was no Mother's Day, a story of a mother who went on strike!  My wife raised 5 kids "Brady Bunch style" for 18+ years, while I was deployed 6 - 10 months at a time every 2 - 3 years over a 20 year Naval career.  Before e-mail I would get letters that were 2 - 3 weeks old telling me about the trials and tribulations of being a "Navy Wife" having to raise so many on her own. This just out! Effective February 1st, 2010  FHA buyers can now purchase investment properties and do not have to wait 90 days to do so. As a Real Estate Professional, I have seen more and more properties go on the market as investor flips. The drawback is that FHA buyers in the past could not place offers on these properties unless the home was on the market 30 days or more. The housing market in the Menifee and Temecula Valley is really hot. Properties are only on the market for a few days with multiple offers on the table. The 90 day waiting period will be lifted.
