  I was walking my pup, Butch, and happened to look up at the sky. The high clouds rippled across the blue background like waves across the ocean.   I love to run. I love to run on trails and Forest Service roads with my pup, Butch. Been doing it since the mid 80s and never get tired of it.   Running keeps me sane and is an incredibly healing, nurturing and satisfying outlet for me.   I prefer to run with Butch and no one else because it’s my time.
