What to write? A market report about Los Angeles real estate? I was debating with myself, should I write a Market Report, like John Pusa  or Jeff Dowler, CRS  do on a consistent basis? The Original Laugh Factory, founded in 1979 is located on the Sunset Strip, at 8001 Sunset Boulevard. Los Angeles CA.90046.  Interestingly now it is a Comedy Chain all over the country, but if you want to stop in and enjoy a show at where it all began, it is well worth going to this one. Keep in mind and has continued to exist in its original location since it has opened.The place has a 300-seat capacity and virtually anyone who has made it in Stand-Up Comedy has performed here. So it is even worth stopping in from a historical perspective.There were some Guinness Book of World Records that were broken here as well.  The James Beard Foundation Award:  Los Angeles, CA Semifinalist list 2017. What a couple years make. With near record heat expected to hit Los Angeles this coming Monday, June 20, LADWP urges all customers to be especially vigilant at reducing electricity use where possible while not putting your health or the health of your pets at risk. This is especially important on Monday, when temperatures and electricity use are expected to be highest. Doing simple things such as turning up your thermostat to 78 degrees and turning off lights will save electricity use and reduce the risk of outagesThis is the message we received, I find it ironic why not plan in advance for these such as upgrading the Electric Grid as well as what ever it takes to prevent outages.
