Fun With Maps or Every House Is In Toluca Lake Toluca Lake is such a wonderful, unique area. It has so much to offer that once one moves here, they find it very difficult to ever move out. In the past, "Toluca Lake proper" was described as the part of North Hollywood (City of Los Angeles) bounded on the north by Camarillo St., Pass Ave. to the east, Cahuenga Blvd. to the west and the L.A. Block Party in Toluca Lake Celebrating Make Music Los Angeles   On Saturday, June 21st, between noon and 4pm, School of Rock Toluca Lake will hold an Old Fashioned Block Party in front of the school at the cul-de-sac on Mariota Avenue off Riverside Drive in celebration of Make Music L.A. The street will be closed to traffic so bring your beach chairs, picnic baskets, family or good friends and experience musical entertainment by School of Rock students and teachers. Home Sweet Toluca Lake There is a special neighborhood located just north of Hollywood through the Cahuenga Pass and nestled next to the L.A. River between Burbank and Studio City. This community is Toluca Lake. It is not a city but a neighborhood in North Hollywood that straddles the border between the Cities of Los Angeles and Burbank. New Businesses Find A Home In Toluca Lake   One of the great things about living in Toluca Lake, aside from the nearby Hollywood Studios, proximity to the sea and mountains, and wonderful celebrity neighbors, is that we actually have a "downtown".
