ST recently launched a summer sales event where the developer released 10 units for sale at special pricing. Want to know which units are up for grabs? Take a look: This special pricing was valid as of last weekend, and will hold until all 10 units are sold. I heard from the sales team that they were hoping to sell out all units last weekend, and as you can see, there was one already taken as of the morning of the event. So if you're interested in this building, definitely take advantage of this opportunity. Met Life is the preferred lender, and if you're paying all cash, the developer is also offering a 3% price reduction as an incentive. Go, go, go! The Japanese Pavillion at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art This one of the loveliest buildings at the Museum.  It houses a varied and interesting examples of Japanese Art dating back to 3000BC. Our favorite area is a room with several cases of netsuke, which are carved ornaments similar to a button or toggle that held a box or pouch on the obi (sash of a kimono) in order to carry personal objects as kimonos do not have pockets.  As time went on, these little buttons became intricate carvings, here is an example: There are so many things to explore and learn about that delight the senses and the mind.  We find art as one of those delights. One of the things we love about Los Angeles is the creative energy that manifests itself in so many ways.  This picture taken by Ron is the elevator from the parking garage at the Los Angeles County Musem of Art.  It was built with the palm tree in mind.  We found this entrance/exit a wonderful testimony to the lastest slogan promoting Los Angeles, "It's So LA!". Wishing you all a lovely Columbus Weekend, Ron and Alexandra
