Observation about Wine and Real Estate in the greater Los Angeles area....One of my client’s wife decided to invite friends, relatives and neighbors to their home under the pretext of holding a “Blind Wine Tasting”. The Los Feliz, CA 90027 Market Trend Report is published…The Median List Price for the Los Feliz, CA 90027 section of Los Angeles is approximately $1,999,000.00. As of this writing the Market Activity favors a slight seller’s advantage.Now this might sound repetitive, since I have been writing these reports, the prices have not seemed to move off from their plateau. The benefit I find favorable for buyers, since there seems to be now this plateau on the prices. Real Estate Market Report for Los Feliz, CA. 90027The Single-Family Market in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles has been cooling over the past few months. Prices flattened out. Despite that if you look at the current rate of sale versus the amount of inventory you will notice that despite this Los Feliz is still in a Seller’s Market.  I attribute this phenomenon to the significant demand and that there is little inventory available.The 90027-zip code is famous for having modest size lots compared to other parts of Los Angeles. Land is at a premium. There are virtually no homes on lots larger than a half an acre of land.
