GreetingsYou want your kitchen be a dreamcatcher To meet your needs and reflect your taste right up until the day you want to put your house on the market. You will be glad if you keep an eye on what the average home buyer in your price range is looking for. The consumer pleasing kitchen is one of the top home selling elements but even an expensive custom kitchen can distract if it is too individualistic. The right upgrades can return as much as 70 to 90% or more of the cost to resell to or at the time you want to resell your home. Don't over improve beyond what what is typical for new or improved kitchens in your home price range for instance $100,000 kitchen in a $150,000 house may not yield the financial gains you think it will I had resale time. When it comes to flooring, countertops ...

General Chimney RequirementsAll chimneys are required to meet a minimum standard for height above the roof coverings. The basic rule for this is: a minimum of 3 feet high, as well as 2 feet higher than any roof within 10 feet horizontally.  As you can see other defects are at issue in this photo of the masonry chimney, wind and vibration from the attached tv antenna have caused step cracking.  Masonry StructuresMost chimneys are manufactured with brick, stone or concrete blocks, some of which may be part of a manufactured chimney system. All chimney systems should be visually inspected for signs of deterioration, which can lead to moisture intrusion of the chimney system.Masonry FailuresPhotos number 2 shows a Masonry Chimney that failed and was repaired and renovated with a prefab shee...

Well I had to be out and about early this Saturday morning, since one of my long term client's referred me to a business partner for a potential listing.... a future post to be written... As I get in my car I see that the Air Pressure Warning gage is on... on my way to the appointment I stopped at three different gas stations. Two did not have Air Hoses. One was Jammed with Quarters so you could not use it. The  fourth  gas station  I stopped at was the best value one one dollar and the quarters worked... Not enough air but at least I could make it to the Listing Presentation. As I was driving I noticed a Firestone 2.7 miles from my appointment. Great News will have to stop on the way back....After an hour and a half meeting not just looking at one home but an additional two... (future ...

I am grateful and proud to be  a Los Angeles Realtor who happens to be an American of Hungarian descent …As a young kid I remember my father telling me ‘that Hungarians are everywhere’. I always humored him and thought that he was just exaggerating a bit, because he was a “real Hungarian” who came to this country legally but appreciated his heritage and was proud of his culture. As the years went on he kept pointing out to me Classical Musicians, Conductors, Scientist and the list goes on, what did and what they have in common? They were all Hungarians or were of Hungarian descent…So, with that said I am a Proud American who happens to have come from Hungary. Interestingly the other day I was returning from Coachella, where I have a 45-acre  future Date Palm Ranch for Sale. As I am driv...

There has not been a recall by the consumer product safety commission reason being is that the company involved have filed bankruptcy and they are the ones that need to fix the problem if they was still manufacturing the product, the national electrical code have changed many times since this company have filed bankruptcy several years ago (1980 was the last resources that I have). If the company was still manufacturing this product today the end result will be different. If you have one of these Federal Pacific Electrical (FPE) panels or intend to purchase a home that has one of these FPE panels, we suggest that you talk with your state licensed electrician (home inspectors is not licensed in the state of California) and decide what is right for you and your family simply because many ...
