Short Sale Loomis - Sold by Allan Sanchez Excited to have closed on this Loomis short sale earlier this week!  5529 Myrtle Drive was a short sale with Bank of America.  It's a very cute house and the sellers got tons of offers....TONS!  I'm happy it went to a great, first-time home buyer who got it for a nice price, $171,500!
