Wondering where to eat near Verdera?   We've lived in Lincoln for about 6 years now, about 5 in Verdera and 1 in Sun City and have found some great places. Verdera is a wonderful luxury community in the foothills of Lincoln.    The views are spactacular and the Catta Verdera country club is a real treat.   If you're wondering where to eat, you're in luck.  There are a growing number of restaurants with great food and good service.  The Catta Verdera Country Club is a great place to start. In Lincoln,  Zakuros on Twelve Bridges drive has excellent Sushi.   Orchid Thai, has excellent Thai food and is in the same shopping center.    For breakfast, the Waffle Farm also in the same shopping center has a wide selection and is always popular. Staging does dress up a home for sale. We know people will size us up upon first seeing us.  So putting your best foot forward always works for us.  Well the same goes for a home that is for sale. Staging a home for sale,is similar to dressing for success. If you want some serious buyer action, then stage your home for success!  First impressions are just that. Once a home is listed, it is imperative that it is dressed for success. FISBO sellers are starting to stage and see the importance. I just did my first FISBO consultation today and he was convinced that he had to stage to keep up with the homes listed by Realtors.  This seller had some pieces of furniture that we used in this vacant staging project.
