There are currently 32 single family homes for sale and 9 condos for sale in Lake Balboa.  Of these, 2 are bank owned and 13 are short sale homes. New Lake Balboa homes are listed daily on http://www.estates.la .  The lowest priced home for sale in Lake Balboa is $79,900.  The most expensive home is priced at $584,900.  Lake Balboa is just west of the 405 freeway and centrally located in the San Fernando Valley.
