CMA - The Real Estate Acronym. All industries have their own acronyms. The “CMA” acronym is used by Realtors all the time and not always recognized by the public. Rancho Niguel Winter Coat & Blanket Collection this Saturday November 22nd. The Swanson family lives in the Windrose tract of the Rancho Niguel Subdivision. This wonderful family has an annual tradition of collecting winter coats and blankets for the less fortunate. They give all the donations to the More of Jesus ministry operated by Randy and Sue Felton who also live in Windrose. Laguna Niugel and Aliso Viejo residents have some awesome outdoor recreation opportunities. The cities of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Dana Point California are located in south central Orange County west of the interstate 5 freeway.
