La Quinta's median single-family home price is reporting at $393,000 this week. The median price per square foot is $198 and average days on the market are 119.   Reports show inventory is tightening and days on market are falling. The Market Action Index shows demand is heating up. Prices appear to have settled but don't expect prices to significantly move from these levels anytime soon. It is still a buyer's market no doubt with several months of inventory still available. However, I am finding that there is not a lot of "GOOD" property available right now.
