It seems that almost every call and lead I take recently, is about a Short Sale. They truly are the best "deal" to be had in the Coachella Valley in the current market.Education has always been a huge part of my real estate business. When times were fabulous in 2004 to 2007, there was still a tremendous amount of information about our local municipalities, cities, lenders, demographics and builders that Buyers and Sellers had to be aware of.Now, it's Short Sales and REO's, and I believe this trend will continue through 2012 in my desert communities.
