Vacation Rental Policy at PGA WestOne of the most frequently asked questions regarding PGA West real estate is whether the short term rental policy that is now in place will continue in the future.  Currently you are able to lease out your PGA West home for less than 30 day intervals, weekly, or even nightly.  Many investors have purchased in PGA West for the sole purpose of taking advantage of their short term vacation rental policy. Just SOLD! And my seller didn't text, email, or own a computer. I had a call from my perfect client.  She said I need to sell my home here at La Quinta Country Club and I want to price it to sell.  She was realistic with the price and she had serviced the A/C and heaters, checked the roof and replaced the broken tiles, and made sure that everything else was in good working order.
