Deemed as a prime part of San Diego, La Jolla is fittingly named as “The Jewel” in Spanish. This neighborhood is described to be affluent and provides an excellent learning climate for any educational level courtesy of the University of California, San Diego and the San Diego Unified School District. If you want to know more about the local schools, visit and sign up on the La Jolla Market Insider page.   Another useful information from the La Jolla Market Insider is the real estate analysis of the community. It reveals that La Jolla homes for sale are plenty, which you should consider looking into if you are planning to own or invest on San Diego real estate. Why? Despite the high listing prices of the available properties, most of them are being sold low as shown in the graph. The ...

La Jolla homes The Del Mar Fair, San Diego, a wonderful place to live The Del Mar Fair (San Diego County Fair) is a San Diego mainstay.  It's fabulous.  To begin with, there's a huge variety of food, some is the usual (mile long dogs), some very unusual (fried candy bars).  Ant there's every ride imaginable and some you couldn't imagine.  The entertainment features big names and community favorites.
