The legislation that will force small businesses, like the property management software company I work for, to become tax collectors for other states cleared the Senate Thursday evening on a bipartisan vote, 63 to 30 with final passage set for May 6th. Many are predicting the legislation will also pass in the House. The Internet Sales Tax Bill would require retailers to begin collecting local taxes on their online sales. The tax would apply to any online retailer with more than $1 million in annual revenue, and the taxes would be sent to the states where the products are delivered.Supporters say the bill is about fairness for local businesses that already collect sales taxes and for states that lose revenue.Opponents say the bill would impose complicated regulations on retailers and doe... 05/02/2013

 I am officially jealous.   Why didn’t my grandparents build me this most amazing tree house?  And I am not showing my daughter this thing. NO WAY.
