Home buyers who think they can Represent themselves best! HGTV was running a show recently showing a first time home buyer being so proud of themselves believing that they were saving money by not using a professional Realtor. Well, HGTV should have interceded and told this uninformed couple that the seller pays the commission, not the buyer. They could have had the best representation and most likely saved money if they would have sought a Realtor's advice and agency.   Instead, they went directly to  a "For Sale By Owner" who they admitted lead them to believe a lie....   and then they went to a builder who may or may not make more of a profit on this couple.  All without representation. Another Short Sale Closed; Indio, California  This Short Sale was a mad dash to acceptance and then Close.  Listed at the end of August, just 2 weeks before the Sale Date, after the Sellers were denied a Loan Modification.  Talk about some quick footwork!  Got the Sale Date delayed, priced it right, found a Buyer that loved it, and we are officially recorded.  Entire process took under 90 days..it IS possible! New Starbucks To Open In North Indio Starbucks coffee lovers on the north side of I-10 won't have to travel far in search of their favorite Frappuccino much longer. The new store in Indio will be the first new opening for Starbucks in three years for the Coachella Valley.
