Huntington Beach Real Estate Minute - Glen Mar Homes Market Report   These statistics encompass the sales in both Glen Mar Shores and Glen Mar West. Both of these communities have both one and two story single family homes built in the 1960's, are located in South Huntington Beach and are relatively near the beach, with almost all of them being biking distance to the coast. Most of the original homes ranged from about 1200 to just over 2000 square feet though many have additions and are quite a bit larger now.  These are WILD squirrels from the beaches of California, and do these squirrels really look WILD? At one time they may have been WILD but seeing them eating crackers from my hand makes you wonder.  Or it's possible that these squirrels understand English or the way that Vegas Bob speaks with them. A little word of caution with food around the beach ...  When you are playing at the beach make sure that if you leave your things when going for a swim and you have snacks, chances are they will be gone when you come back from the hungry squirrels & birds.

Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce had one of Orange County's mixer today, just like last year at Water Front Beach Resort on PCH Huntington Beach The Surf City, USA. The Huntington Beach with a population of approximately 200,000, the city of surfers. Thousands of visitors and locals enjoy the clean pleasant beaches along the Ocean. The Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce has over 1000 businesses serving the community. The Chamber is a great Business Resource for Marketing & Visitors and many other business organizations.  Huntington Beach Real Estate seems to be a little sluggish at best. Only 85 Single Family Residences (SFR) closing in the month of April. There are stil 409 active on the market. These numbers represent all SFR coded properties including standard sales, short sales and foreclosed properties. Looking at the properties that are in escrow there are 200 SFR's  with about 2/3 of those still marketing in a back-up status. The back-up status simply means that the agent is still marketing the property actively. This could be the chosen status due to the contingencies of the purchase agreement have not been removed.
