Glendora California is one of my favorite towns.  Small, nestled up against the beautiful San Gabriel Mountain range, just between Pasadena and Ontario.  Glendora has an awful lot of history.  And, has been mentioned on several documentaries, such as MTV and Huell Howser. Route 66 runs right smack through the middle of Glendora, and is home to many old family run businesses.  There is still an old hardware store there, as well as many fine restaurants. Glendora, is a middle class to perhaps upscale little bedroom community.  Up in the northern most part of Glendora, homes are selling in the millions, and are home to many famous people. Glendora Market Watch April 24-30, 2013 BY: The Barefoot Realtor Okay, so Times, They Are A Changin'!  (Found Bob Dylan's Song Here!)This week in Glendora things are begining to move and shake.  There were 14 new listings coming into the Glendora market for sale.  It goes along with an article I read earlier on the Redfin blog about seller confidence booming.   Ten homes had price changes this week in Glendora.  I don't think we can blame this on the banks any longer.  In fact if I read it correctly now, this is probably due to the rising home values and people need to get that last dollar from their home.     When you compare the 14 new listings to the 13 sold and 8 pending, it is still a tad bit upside down.  However, when you also add in the 5 that came back on the market, and the 8 ...

Glendora's Fourth Annual Wine Walk Okay, so it's that time again!  Time for the Glendora Wine Walk in the Glendora Village.  This year's event will be held on February 9th from 6-9 PM. Over 35 Glendora Village Merchants will be pour stations and will be paired with hors d'oeuvres from local Glendora restaurants.  And the entertainment will be the absolute best - The Answer to Classic Rock will be playing in the middle of the Village.  (Yes, I've blogged about them a few times.)
