The Solano County luxury home sales report for April 2013 reflects weak sales data for homes listed or sold above $750,000.  Homes priced at $750,000 – located mostly in Green Valley – make up about 4% of all homes now for sale in Solano County. Today, 40% of Solano County luxury homes on the market have been listed for less than 60 days – therefore 60% have been on the market 61 days or longer.  About 50% have been on the market over 90 days (the longest over two years).
