The Green Valley home sales report for July 2013 for this community in western Fairfield, CA reflects an improvement in home values that should hold through the remainder of summer.  Of the 26 homes currently on the market, none have raised their asking prices and three have reduced their asking price. Of the 12 homes that closed escrow in July, one sold in 30 days or less and five sold in 60 days or more.  10 homes came on the market in the past month.  There are currently 32 homes in escrow. The Cordelia home sales report for July 2013 for this western Fairfield, CA community reflects the improving market for homes in the area.  Of the nine homes currently on the market, five have recently raised their asking prices (four are new construction).  Only one has reduced their asking price.  All active listings have been on the market under 60 days, with two new listings added in the past week.
