Sometimes buyers do the screwiest things. Stuff that makes no sense whatsoever. It makes me wonder if perhaps they don't suffer from some kind of attention deficit disorder, which is why they latch on to real estate agents and make offers on homes they have absolutely no intention of closing on. A buyer made a ridiculous offer on this short sale in Fair Oaks and we submitted it to the bank. Low and behold, the bank had decided to sell the loan to another bank, and our offer arrived smack dab in the middle of this sale. As a result, the bank accepted the offer, providing the buyer can close by December 17th. A small ocicat, at the moment, is curled up into a tight ball in my lap.
