San Diego Now Allows Tiny Homes and Park Models as ADUsThe ADU landscape has changed in a big way.  This is great news for property/homeowners and investors with small lots with limited space in some ways. The City of San Diego has recently passed an ordinance that allows Tiny Homes and Park Models to be installed as ADUs. All the San Diego jurisdictions are allowed to install them as well under special circumstances. But this is the tip of the iceberg. Jurisdictions Statewide, including the City of Los Angeles are also allowing them as well. It looks to be only a matter of time before we see many if not most jurisdictions beginning to allow them.This does come with a caveat, however. Winter Lunch Al Fresco at Moonlight Beach~ Encinitas CA ~  It was another beautiful winter day here in SoCal...low 60s...and just right for a take-out lunch and dining al fresco at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, about 20 minutes south of where we live (although a longer trip today due to Saturday traffic). This was our view, sitting on one of the benches on the bluff at the edge of the parking lot.
