New Homes for Sale in Encinitas California at Mainhouse Another Encinitas nursery has been sold and will now be developed, a theme we see every so often in this area resulting in new Encinitas homes for sale. Mainhouse Encinitas, the new community at Lake and Santa Fe, will feature 12 semi-custom private residences on large 1-acre home-sites (a rarity for new homes in this area). Homes will offer separate guest quarters, pool house and many other options to allow for a variety of uses of these estates.  Pricing is not yet available nor are floor plans but stay tuned for updates.
