I am asked this question every day.  From my daily contact with people, this question tends to come up very frequently once they realize that I am a local Eastvale realtor/broker. This is quite an accomplishment for a city that is only six years old. It officially became a city October 1, 2010.  After the announcement last week, our phone has just been ringing off the hook. City of Eastvale - How to report dead birds     Do you know what to do if you come across a dead bird? Do you know who to call and when to call? Knowledge is power, and I am here to share what I learned this past week. I came across a dead crow and seriously did not know what to do. I heard on the news of recent positive West Nile virus present from female mosquito samples collected from the City of Norco during June of 2016. Norco is the neighboring City of Eastvale. The sight of a dead crow near my house put me on overdrive with concern. The first thing I learned is that one should not come into direct skin contact with the dead bird. Call the Northwest mosquito and vector control district at 951-340-9792 to report the dead bird as soon as possible. Apparently, the bird must be tested...

Will The New Social Security Laws Impact Your Retirement   President Obama signed into law several changes to the social security benefits. As of November 2, 2015, the bipartisan Budget Act of 2015, subtitle C, section 831 of the bill phased out the "unintended loopholes" known as the file and suspend application for a spousal benefit which was originated by Congress in 2000. These new laws will be implemented during the year 2016. It will not affect those who are already receiving benefits and are over 70 years of age. Those who are between the ages of 66 and 69 and have suspended their benefits before April 30, 2016 will also not be affected. Eastvale CA Lease Market Report for the month of May 2016  I have been following Eastvale Ca market for quite a while. The trend is very positive for the rental market. Inventory is so low that some properties are being snatched up within the first week. As of today, there are only 25 houses available for lease for the entire city of Eastvale. Average asking price is at $2600 per month for a 3 bedroom about 2700 sqft of living space.  To show you just how active is the leasing market within the City of Eastvale, there was a total of 33 homes that were leased with an average of 21 days on the market. And The Winner is...Richard "Dickie" Simmons  On May 11th, 2016, Eastvale held a special city council meeting to elect a candidate that would replace Bill Link seat. A total of 10 candidates applied for the position.
