Ribbon Cutting at Eastvale Community Park Eastvale Community Park had its grand opening today at 12750 Citrus Ave in Eastvale. After opening ceremonies, there was a ribbon cutting ceremony and it was announced that Eastvale Community Park is officially open!  The Mayor of the City of Eastvale, Carl Bootsma, was there. Carl has a rich history, doing everything from starting the Bootsma Calf Ranch where he still resides, to being the former National Veal Director, NCBA.
