Wow! What a Roller Coaster ride its been lately. Its so Awesome to have to many Buyers, but if theres no inventory it can get frustrating? Our market in Daly City, South San Francisco and San Bruno has been so interesting that I am having a challenge explaining to my buyers that to win a bid they must Offer more than the List Price?      I remember in my younger days we used to visit westlake,  there were a few stores back then and the only two stores left from that era are: Safeway and Walgreens.  Westlake is one of the oldest shopping centers in America.The Westlake Shopping Center has gone through a tremendous face lift in the past few years.  Next time you visit weslake, take your time and walk around, you'll be surprise how many options you'll have to spend quality time with your family. 06/25/2007
