Happy tax day!  I know many of you are asking what so happy about tax day?  Well, first, it gets the monkey off of our backs, just by getting it filed and out of the way.  Second, and this is for me personally, I had the first date with my future (and we're still married!) wife, Erin, on this date in 1999.  Our date included dinner at MoMo's in SF, but did not include a midnight stop at the post office to drop off my 1040, so I guess I did them early that year?!? Anyway, here is a list of all SINGLE FAMILY short sale listings in Marin County as of 04/15/10 @ 11am PDT: First off, I'd like to highlight a home that I think offers an exceptional value.  It's 259 Golden Hind Passage in Corte Madera.  It sold for $969,000 in late 2004 and had been on the market in 2007, listed for $1,349,000....
