Some of my animal rescue friends may remember that within days of my agreeing with my daughter that she could have a little kitten, I looked out the window & saw a feral cat with 5 baby kittens.  It's been a VERY long experience, with interference help from the neighbor.  We now have success, however.  Two of the Siamese, if you please, are with me.  Dutchess and Thomas (that's Miley, the new kitten I agreed to, with her arm around the new baby). Is the market changing?  I have felt a change since the second week of January.  The last four weeks have been a flurry of activity for me.  The buyers have come out and are buying!  Today I wrote an offer for some first time home buyers.  This is the third offer we've written in the last three weeks.  With multiple offer situations we didn't get our first two offers accepted.  There was another house we didn't even attempt as it had over 20 offers on it!  We're in competition on this third offer too.  It seems buyers are coming out of the woodwork!  I have received more buyer referrals (82% of my business is referral based) in the last four weeks than in the last four months prior!  I'm still working with sellers and I did take a listing today as well.  J What I feel changing is the pr...
