I met a new client the other day while I was showing a rental to my clients in Rancho Cucamonga.  They came through really fast, as my clients were leaving and asked to quickly run through the home to see it...after they did, I got their information and immediately started working with them to get applications completed, paystubs, etc. Now...a few days later, looks like they want to go out before they get their credit report to me.  Why can't they have me pull it through one of my sources, I ask?  They are not really telling me.
