  Your Home Didn't sell? What Happens to Expired Listings in Carlsbad?  Why won't a home in Carlsbad CA sell in this market?  There could be few reasons, one could be the home was not marketed right.  Last year I went to preview a home in Carlsbad CA for an out of town client coming to look the following week.  The home had been on the market for months, the MLS pictures had the normal average photos of rooms and the home looked OK.   That was one of the problems, the other was the describtion, again average.   I previewed, the home was a doll house! It had 300 degree views, the ocean and sunsets, flower fields, the fireworks at LEGOland in the distance and eastern mountains...aka sunrises! It had a large view deck upstairs off the bedrooms, it had a great breakfast deck off the kitchen...
