Maybe I have too much time on my hands, but each morning I like to sit back and have a look at new MLS listing of the Beautiful Brentwood homes available. I like to look over the stats, location, any special notes and most of all I like to run a quick RPR (Realtors Property Resource)  report on that property and compare the MLS listing price to the current RVM (Realtor Valuation Model) price (this is where you say why would he do this? And the reason is quite simple).
