Selling Something You Believe in – That's not Sales – It's Service! I just hung up the phone on another caller trying to sell me a system/website/SEO to help me get leads. Not only have a gotten too many of these calls, but the caller did not seem enthusiastic and seemed to be reading off a script. They did not understand my business or even try. I felt a little guilty hanging up as I am also in sales. I often call people and sometimes they even hang up on me. So why am I different than other sales people? I also thought about other sales people I have come across. The difference is that real sales is about service and you need to believe in your product.
