Brea foreclosed homes, the bank repos currently for sale in Brea range from the lowest, a condo priced at $175,000 to a 4 bedroom 3 bath single family home around 2,600 square feet with an asking price of $499,900. So you can see they come in all sizes and prices. While foreclosure sales are a significant component in today's real estate market, the numbers of bank repos in Brea is lower than many places. However when you add back other types of distressed sales including a larger number of short sales in our city the combined total represents 40% of the Brea real estate market. Brea short sales comprise 33% of the homes currently for sale in the city and bank repos represent 7% of homes, both condos and single family homes now for sale. Brea, CA is a city located in Northern Orange County and it's known for many things including the very public display of art, it's Brea's Art in Public Places. The collection around the city has grown since the inception in the mid 1970's. Since then developers/owners of new construction sites (depending on the size of development) make a contribution to the community in the form of a work of art.
