I have recently been asked to handle an increasing number of BPOs (as I am sure most of you have) for a few different banks that I work for on a regular basis, and this has got me thinking. I would like to hear from anyone out there doing these on a few things... 1. Where you stand on doing the increasing amount of BPO work out there? 2. What do feel is a fair amount for a Bank pay you for your services of creating a BPO?3.
