Not only homes increase in value in Los Angeles or anywhere in the United States, but so do Shun Knives....As most of you know I have a wide berth when it comes to cooking, I have always believed having the proper equipment makes a huge difference in prepping and cooking meals.Hence about 24 plus years ago I went to my favorite Chef's Store in Los Angeles..(.sadly due to the pandemic it went out of business). So I am at 'Surface' and I am looking for quality knives. Having attended some of Berkshire Hathaway’s Virtual Convention which was held the last week of March, I wanted to share Convention's motto with you - "We are Unstoppable".  Our CEO shared his belief and observation:  Take care of your clients and then everything will fall in place. You will get commissions and referrals from clients . UNSTOPPABLE: Sales Convention 2021 for Berkshire Hathaway HS just finished. First time ever the Sales Convention was Virtual. It would be totally unheard of three years ago that we would have the Convention Virtually!Who would have guessed that we would have in the General Session featuring Gino Blefari, Chris Stuart and of course Warren Buffet making a guest appearance as well!Needless to say having General Sessions, Exhibitor Showcases, University Training and Invitation Only Zoom Links to various Virtual events, such as Wine Tasting and the list goes on and on.Everyone tried to make the most of it and we are looking forward to the future that this should be the one and only time a Sales Convention should be or would Virtual. The other day I saw a post being Featured on how to behave on Active Rain. While I  appreciate those members,  who participated and were kind enough to give it a like or a praise, I am not in agreement.  I am very selective in who I will send referrals; in a nutshell, it is someone who has the same work ethic as I do, it does not matter to me if  that person is an Ambassador on Active Rain. Happy 250th Birthday Ludwig van Beethoven!! Yes in December 1770, Ludwig van Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany.When I visited Germany for the first time they just celebrated his 202nd Birthday. I was thrilled to visit one of my favorite composer's birthplace. The memory is still as fresh today as it was then. Seeing his hearing aids, his handwritten notes. Thanks to many events that are going on in our country I found today as a more unconventional Veterans Day.Many people have called, text-ed me and emailed me just to wish me a Happy Veteran's Day and thanked me for my  service to this great country. Today, as every September 11 for the past 19 years, I reflect on when our nation was in shock as terrorists attacked our country. We all promised to never to forget 9/11 and I have since correlated this event with December 7th, 1941 when the Empire of Japan invaded Pearl Harbor. Ironically, as we are still in the grips of a Pandemic shut down that has taken many lives, impacted our economy, financial markets and of course real estate, I cannot help but see the strong parallels to nineteen years ago.  Just like with 9/11, the virus was man-made and there has been much debate if it was intentional or accidental; we will likely never get to the bottom of it in my lifetime. As a Beverly Hills Realtor, I continue to monitor the situation and do my best as always to take care of my clients as...

Well I could not help myself, there was so much discussion about the missing June Blog Posts.Today I had an easy day, just like everyone else.
