Can I build a detached garage with FHA 203k loan in El Dorado?     I just received a bid on a carport for $30,000, holy cow. we just built this detached garage for $20,000 and another one a bit wider for $24,000 so they client could have a work area off to the side.I'm so anxious to see what this carport will look like for $30,000.
