One of the most common problems in our area after construction of a home is have a few trees attacked by insects which sometimes kills a tree. Often they are ignored by a homeowner and the tree ends up dieing. This can be costly sometimes costing as much as $3,000 to 8,000 dollars because of their location to a home. One way to save these trees is to water them which gives the tree more ability to fight off insects,. Another-way, is the call in an expert to treat the tree. One of the best experts in California is George Reynolds also known as The Tree Doctor. He is an expert in Identifying and treatment of tree insects and diseases. He can help the tree fight off insects and save money in having to remove the tree.  Call him to save your favorite trees! His number is 1 209 533-3045

Picking the right person to work with to help you with you financing can be a challenge. Take the time to ask question about the person you are working with before you act. The biggest advise I give is to think long term instead of short term regarding your financing so that you are not controlled by the change of an interest rate or the attraction of saving a little money in the short term. Basically be conservative with your financing and you will alway be safe in the long term. For information on the best finance professionals to work with go to www.CaliforniaHouseInfo.com

Sales Have been Slow for the first Half of 2007, although there has been some sales. Sales prices have declined slightly but relatively speaking have remained stable throughout the year. Currently there are many buyer's looking but they are now slow to act. At this time, the Internet views of properties are at a all time high for the year. Volumes for July are double of any volumes of any other part of this year. This indicates that the market maybe making a change. More importantly it indicates that this period from mid summer in to fall could be the best time to buy at the lowest prices of the market that we have had in years. The time to get the best deals in the Sierra's is now. Arnold , Murphys, Bear Valley, Angels Camp have deals on properties that just two years ago buyers were g...

The beauty of Lake Tahoe can not be beat. The activities are vast and the weather in the summer is revitalizing. It is hard to find a more perfect place winter or summer. I truly love Lake Tahoe. The only-thing negative at all is the amount of people that come to enjoy Lake Tahoe. It is Crowded beyond it's capacity and has made the Lake Tahoe area suffer from urban congestion. Many times I have have enjoyed an outing near the lake only to get caught in a irritating traffic jam while we were getting back to where we are staying. This problem has become more the norm and common place in the Tahoe region.  There is an alternative, the Ebbetts Pass corridor. It offers much of the same beauty of the Tahoe Region but it has one difference. It is never crowded. You can find a place to hike and...

When we moved to Calaveras County in 1991. The area was had everything that the area has to offer in Beauty and recreation, but activities, shopping and transportation routes have vastly improved recently from the first time we have set foot in this county.  The improvement of Kautz winery and its amphitheatre, the improvements and expansion of the the Bear Valley Ski Area, and the building of the Copperopolis town-site have brought about a positive outlook for the future of the Bear Valley, Arnold, Murphys, Angels Camp and Copperopolis Area. This may be the best time ever to invest in a Vacation home or Retirement home. As our area improves the special attributes of the county and area will attract more people to our area. The area already is the closest mountain area to the Bay area. ...
