There isn't much that can be done to make the project dust free, that's the nature of the job. Whenever materials are cut, sanded, or demolished – dust is bound to happen.     You Rotten Piece Of Siding     Just when I thought I had a handle on the dry rot in the siding of this Antelope, CA home, another section of siding looks rotted. Of course that can happen in areas where there is moisture that gets behind the trim boards and just sits in between the two wooden materials. Over time the wood will decay, it just does. So if the entire home is lacking proper protection of this sort of thing happening, you can expect that more will be revealed later on. The alternative would be to take those steps to insure that the moisture doesn’t get to these areas where the decay will happen.
