MLS Photos Worth a 1000 words - Really?  So I was searching for some properties, and I came across these pictures. The photos below are actual pictures on the MLS! Taking bad pictures is one thing, agents are not professional photographers, may not have the Right equipment, may be not the right time of the day.... I was amazed at this agents posting of these photos!! There is not only one car in the driveway, but many... distraction. Not sure what the tree picture signifies? Six pictures need to be rotated 90 degrees left or right..         Are some of these photos actually NOT helping to sell this listing... which has been on the market for over 130 days!! I've found some more fun family things to do this summer!  The greatest thing....they are all so close to home!  This June at our own beloved Disneyland, they are going to open a 12 acre town.  I bet you know which one too!  Radiator Springs, from the movie CARS.  How fun does that sound!   The town is nestled in Ornament Valley, a 280,000 square foot mountain range, just like in the movie.  They flew in artists from all over the world to hand paint and sculpt the backdrop.  Some came from Japan, Ireland and even Hungary and France.  WoW! Typical Anaheim street I was just driving the neighborhoods of the city of Anaheim. For some reason when o came to this street, I just had to stop and take a picture of this cul de SAC street near the corner of La Palma and Magnolia. This is a nice neighborhood of Anaheim, close to the 91 and 5 fwys. Major Price Increase for Disneyland Annual Pass Holders   Disneyland announced this week that its annual pass holders will be seeing major price hikes. The premium pass will increase $150 from $499 to $649, a more than 30% increase. When I first got my Disney annual pass (more than 10 years ago admittedly), the Disneyland Annual Pass was $199. This was pre California Adventure, and much more affordable compared to the 325%+ increase since then.   In addition, the deluxe pass will increase from $379 to $469, a $90 price increase. The Southern California pass is the lowest increase - $60 from $269 to $329, and the Southern California Select Pass goes up $70 to $269. The daily price will also go up from $80 to $87.
