Anaheim Kaiser Permanente Farmers Market I was at a Kaiser Permanente Hospital for some information(not patient related!) last Friday. As I came out of the parking structure I noticed a 'Farmers Market' going on. So went to the stalls and saw some of the healthy products only they sell. I still have a mortgage on my home -  do I qualify for a reverse mortgage?   A reverse mortgage can be used to payoff an existing mortgage and in my experience the majority of folks that I work with do have an existing mortgage (or two) to payoff.  The kicker is, will the reverse mortgage provide enough funds to payoff the existing liens?   Providing you qualify for a reverse in terms of age, occupancy and property, yes.
