Who is Buying Homes in USA.  On average a lot of homes sells on a daily basis.  Over 12,000 per day. Many are investors and many are first time buyers. Lot of people are buying homes for all cash. They have had a similar program for quite a while. I remember when I first moved to Anaheim Hills, we got 2 six foot shade trees, and we just got another one last year.
