This is a story of installing an attic fan.  During a home inspection last week, we came across this attic fan.  I'm getting ahead of myself. In the kitchen, we noted the bad install of the microwave oven.  Whomever did it, did not know what they were doing.  We didn't think about the missing range hood until later; when we went into the attic. I know you have already guessed what we found, but here is the proof: A re-purposed Attic Fan! This Anaheim Hills condominium complex called Windwood Cresthill was built in 1973 over the course of 3 years. This unique development has some great features for homebuyers and sellers. Each building has 4 units, 2 units are 2 bedroom 1 bath, and the other 2 units are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.   The 2 bedroom units in Windwood Cresthill have a distinct advantage to other condos because no one is below, or above you. Almost 2.6million of Shadow Inventory To Be Resolved.   For the past few years, we have been hearing that the pile up of foreclosed shadow inventory is to hit the market.
