This Morning I saw a high school senior who I had spoken with before while at the gym on the treadmill.  It was back a few months ago that we first met.  She told me then that she had dreams to get into the army.  I remember it very vividly.   This morning we got a chance to catchup.  After asking me how my Halloween was, she said, "You probably don't remember, well, maybe you do....?  But I had told you that I wanted to join the army the last time we spoke.". Today was one of those gray days where the sun barely makes an appearance... Well, tonight while the sun  appeared in the California Sky, it also made an appearance in my kitchen.   The pepperoni pizza picture is of the pizza that I baked.   Once I saw it on my computer screen, at the bottom of the pic (in the middle), it looked like LIPS! A friend of mine from High School frequently posts this on his facebook page...normally preceded by something like, "Each time I have struggles today, I will remember that all I can do is my best.  I won't panic, I will remain calm and go forward happily."  Do you have people like that in your life? I love Frank Morris!   He is such an inspiration...and a GREAT REMINDER.  He keeps me positive, even when things may not quite be appearing positive, his daily reminders lift me up.  Thank You, Frank! Prepared this in my kitchen today.  Not only was it tasty and calorie conscious, also appealing on the eyes and easy to prepare.  See below: Organic Basmati Rice (Trader Joe's) add a bit of fresh, organic basil, rinsed and lightly pulled apart into smaller pieces (Trader Joe's) Can of green beans (Costco or your favorite grocer) Teriyaki Chicken Breast (Costco or your favorite grocer) One of the best things, was the chicken and green beans were microwavable.  Yup, nukable!!! In a few days, I will be going on a listing appointment.  The Sellers are relocating out of state and yes, you can bet I will also be letting them know that I have contacts who are top professionals, virtually across the globe...and they know their stuff! What will I do first when I arrive?  I normally tour the home to view that it matches my initial perception, and Seller's description of the home.  This way I can compare it to other properties that have sold in their hood and let them know what it is truly worth. After we tour the home and I jot down a few, particular notes so that I can remember the home weeks or months later, we will probably move to their dining room table and my presentation folder will be handed to them.  I look forward to going over my presentation, as it not on...

Have You given any thought to what you should be doing once your home comes on the market and the potential buyers arrive with their agent to see your home? One:  If there's a question their agent can't answer when they show your home, the agent will find you...when sellers try to help out, they can make mistakes and make buyers uncomfortable So....If you can hide out in the den, that is an excellent idea! Maybe watching tv but not too loud. Being out of the house is actually highly preferred, but not a requirement. Afterall, it is your house....We just want it to be the most appealing and with your help, we can set the stage for an awesome performance and ultimate sale!   GOOD LUCK!

Guess what? With prices being what they are right now You may be closer than you think to affording that neighborhood that has always seemed just out of your price range. It's worth a try, eh? Neighborhoods have dropped in some cities across the United States and within California, as well, as much as 50% from what they were selling at in 2006. So why not check it out?
