With days-on-market climbing, these are relatively negative implications for the market.  SUPPLY AND DEMAND:The market has not shown strong directional trends in terms of supply and demand. The Market Action Index has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.    SUPPPLY AND DEMAND: The market continues to get hotter. More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices. Typically around this time we see buyers that are more serious about finding a home than around the holidays. Buyers are still taking their time to shop for the right home, but are more inclinded and ready to buy. Inventory remains very low as well, which is keeping values very stable. Home Prices in Agoura Hills CA for November 2014   Real Estate Market Home Prices in Agoura Hills, CA for November 2014 provided by Jay & Michelle Lieberman at Keller Williams Westlake Village.   Agoura Hills CA Home Pricing Trends   Summer and fall came and went faster than any year in the past.  At least that is how it seemed.  Listings from October to November decreased by just 6 homes to 129 active listings for sale of single family homes in Agoura Hills CA.  November (and December coming) saw a slight uptick in buyer activity, as relocation and end of year buyers get motivated.  However, actual closings remained fairly stable.  We continue to see oddities in buyers, as we have seen throughout the year. Agoura Hills, CA Condos and Townhomes for sale in Agoura Hills, CA are in scarce supply and prices are holding this week. We are now officially in the Autumn market. It is expected the homes currently on the market for some time will adjust their price slightly to hit the "sweet spot" needed to enter into escrow. Average days on market is now 71 days.  There are currently just 24 active and available listings. The top quartile's median price is $556,450 - and the bottom quartile's median price is $310,000. Three homes entered into escrow this week, and with just 2 newly listed homes hitting the MLS, the attrition rate may drive prices slightly higher.
