Saanich East, Single Family Homes Real Estate Market 2011 Year in Review   Saanich East Is Located Just North of Oak Bay and Victoria, and East of the Pat Bay Highway, and combined with Saanich West is the Largest Municipality  in Greater Victoria.     Reviewing Single Family Home Market Activity In Saanich East for 2011: 30 More Listings during the year, on 1249 listings is less than 2.5 % 5 More Sales during the year in Saanich east, 52.52 % of all Listings Sold  (down 0.89 % from 2010) The Average time on the Market for the Homes that did sell increased by 4 days. But, in these financially unstable days I think it's very easy to get caught up and confused about the current financial crisis. I am therefore going to resolve to pay more attention and not assume that "all is fine with my financial status". The main thing, in my opinion, is to be fully aware of where the money is invested and how it's working for me.
