Meredith Courts in Nanaimo - A Review  I was working with buyers who were looking for a nice, brand new, condo in a central location in Nanaimo.  As part of our tour of new condos we visited Meredith Courts in Nanaimo.  I was quite impressed with the units. Prices at Meredith Courts start at $199,900 plus HST.  This will buy you an 875 sq. foot 1 bedroom and den unit.  Two bedroom units appear to start at around $224,900.
