Clients often ask what percentage of homes in Ironwood and Oakwood are on the golf course.  Great question - it's about 42% of the total 4,019 homes or 1,688 homes on a golf course lot. How much more expensive is a golf course lot home?  Well that depends on the location.  Some lots are premium with water and/or mountain views.  Others look out over a wash.  The golf cart path runs alongside some homes and across the fairway from others.   Those factors along with some others determine the price and how quickly a home may sell. The Arizona regional multiple listing service (ARMLS) gives the hard numbers based on actual sales in Ironwood and Oakwood.  I ran the numbers recently for someone and here's how they stack up.
