It compares the number of listings sold this month with the number of listings that were sold, expired or canceled in the same period. Sun Lakes New Adventures in Learning (NAIL)  provides its members with a way to expand their horizons while expanding their braincells.   NAIL is affiliated with Chandler-Gilbert Community College and has been providing it’s members learning experiences since 1999.  Offerings include field trips and courses over 3 semesters each year (Fall, Spring & Summer).  Membership is only $50 and courses are offered at their state of the art facility in Sun Lakes, located at 25105 S.
